Seeds of Change: Women Leading Forest Restoration in Tangapani Gram Panchayat

Mrs Risni Mandavi, an active Gram Sabha member from Gorsanala village, is leading community efforts to restore local forests and promote native species. On 21 June 2026, villagers prepared 1,000 seed balls and 500 nursery saplings using indigenous species, including Mahua, Tamarind, and Sal. Her leadership has encouraged women, youth, and fellow community members to take part in forest conservation and sustainable livelihoods.
